CLUB TRIP 24/25
Last weekend we had over 40 members of the Kildare MUSC trip travelled over to the Brighton game, despite the result the weekend was very enjoyable. this makes our 3rd trip over as a whole group heading over to the match together, we have many members traveling weekly to matches but to travel as a group is a great experience and achievement for the club.
Most of the group attended another successful Warm-Up event the night before the game, the lucky group got too meet club legends Mark Hughes & Clayton Blackmore both absolute gentlemen and had great time for pictures and signings. there was also a chance for the group to see both Men's & Women's FA Cups and to sign a book of condolence for the late great Denis Law.
The atmosphere match day was a sombre and joyful one, the group laid a bouquet of flowers on front of the Holy Trinity to pay our respects to the "The King of The Stretford End" Denis Law, some then made their way to the different watering holes to enjoy the match day build up with their friends and to enjoy a sing song and some beverages. Some of the group including myself were lucky enough to get pitch side and meet the Irish red legend Denis Irwin, a dream come true over the weekend to meet some of the players I grew up watching and to get pitch side on match day is something il never forget.
We look forward to the next group trip over and I wish any members traveling over in the meantime a safe and happy trip.
